The 77 questions are divided into categories, which focus our deeper awareness with components beyond conventional medicine.  In this groundbreaking book, Dr. Finkelstein explores the development of our senses - including intuition, connecting with nature, taking control, regaining and managing our energy, connecting with our spirit and healing our relationships.

The author’s intention is to empower the individual to take control of and completely restore health.  His style is filled with authentic experiences and scattered with personal stories of patients with whom he has worked.

Taking charge of health and wellness may also mean knowing when to let go of control and how to be in alignment with natural rhythms and cycles by viewing the body/mind as a whole.  The book advocates the healing of past wounds and relationships along with the strengthening of current relationships while learning to be more present in our daily lives.

Dr. Finkelstein bases his approach on four principles: asking the right questions, identifying the right path, transforming obstacles into opportunities, and growth at every turn.  This book deeply paves the way to clear answers for readers seeking a state of total health. LCM
